摘要
自一千多年前的汉文教育以来,国际中文教育作为“自在”的教育形态经历了长期历史积淀。中华人民共和国成立后,又经历了从对外汉语教学到汉语国际教育,再到国际中文教育的“自觉”发展过程。本文从概念史视角出发,通过考察“国际中文教育”在各个阶段的发展进程以及核心概念的演变史,探究了国际中文教育的概念发展变迁。国际中文教育作为一个“自觉”的学术新概念,必将在促进全球中文传承与传播,促进中文成为重要的国际公共产品,增强中华文明传播力影响力,深化中外文明交流互鉴和构建人类命运共同体中发挥更大的作用。
Since the literary Chinese education of more than one thousand years ago,international Chinese language education has experienced a long history as a natural form of education.After the founding of new China,it has experienced the process of conscious development from teaching Chinese as a foreign language to teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages,and then to international Chinese language education.This paper explores the conceptual development of international Chinese language education from the perspective of conceptual history by examining the development process of“international Chinese language education”at various stages and the evolution of core concepts.As a“conscious”new academic concept,international Chinese language education will certainly play a greater role in promoting the transmission and inheritance of Chinese language worldwide,promoting Chinese as an important international public good,enhancing the dissemination and influence of Chinese civilization,deepening the exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and foreign civilizations,and building a community of shared future for mankind.
