摘要
雷达测量方式因其测量量程大、安装方便且不受介质压力、温度等变化的影响,可靠性高等特点,被广泛应用。阐述了储罐现场总线雷达系统的架构、配置以及液位计的安装注意事项等,并结合某炼油项目产品罐区设计应用为例,分析对比了现场总线型Raptor雷达系统和非现场总线型Rex雷达系统的设置。实践表明:采用Raptor雷达系统监测大型储罐,可减少电缆敷设降低成本,使现场总线型雷达在储罐测量中很好地发挥作用。
Radar measurement is widely used because of its large measurement range,easy installation,no influence of medium pressure,temperature and other changes and high reliability and so on.The architecture and configuration of radar system for fieldbus storage tank and the precautions for the installation of the level gauge are expounded.Taking the design and application of one refinery product tank farm as an example,a comparative analysis is made on the settings of the fieldbus type Raptor radar system and the non-fieldbus type Rex radar system.The practice shows that using Raptor radar system to monitor large tanks can reduce cable laying,reduce the cost and make the fieldbus radar really play its role in tank measurement.
