摘要
文章以改善餐厨空间为目标,基于需求匹配视角对长沙市数个餐厨空间样本进行调研与分析,对老年人室内活动行为与餐厨空间现状进行总结并分析其特征,得出餐厨空间中不同需求与环境的匹配关系,在此基础上最终提出针对性的餐厨空间适老化改造策略。
In order to improve the kitchen and dining space,this paper investigates and analyzes several samples in Changsha from the perspective of need-supply fit,summarizes the behavior of indoor activities of the elderly and the current situation of kitchen and dining space,and analyzes its characteristics,then find the matching relationship between different requirements and environment in the space.Finally,this paper puts forward the adaptive aging strategy of kitchen and dining space.
