摘要
在数控加工高精度的趋势下,结合在线测量技术,实时监测加工运行情况是制造业发展的必经之路。本文阐述了当前在数控加工中的在线测量技术应用,包括在线测量技术的发展经历、基本流程、工艺原理和误差情况分析,当前在数控加工方面的应用领域及未来的发展趋势,有利于在线测量技术在数控加工领域的发展应用。
In the trend of high precision CNC machining,combined with online measurement technology,real-time monitoring of machining operation is the only way to the development of manufacturing industry.In this paper,the detailed application of online measurement technology in NC machining is presented,including the development of online measurement technology,basic process,processing principle,error analysis,current application fields and future development trend in NC machining,which is conducive to the development and application of online measurement technology in the field of NC machining.
