固态激光雷达技术在地铁浮置板轨道基底混凝土浇筑中的应用

摘要 由于激光雷达采集目标距离和速度信息精确、能实现目标探测和成像等优势,本文通过分析轨道基底混凝土浇筑的质量控制薄弱环节,并针对其中混凝土摊铺不均匀的问题,创新性的提出将固态激光雷达技术应用在料斗上,通过比较实际与理论浇筑面的混凝土体积差,即混凝土盈亏量,从而采取措施以满足要求。该方案能够实现混凝土料快速摊铺均匀,缩短基底混凝土浇筑时间,提高了基底偏差控制及施工效率,为地铁浮置板轨道基底混凝土浇筑施工的智能管控提供了参考。 The laser radar has the advantages of accurate acquisition of target distance and speed of information,target detection and imaging.Aims at the problem of uneven concrete paving in the weak links,this paper analyzes the weak links of quality control of concrete pouring at the track base,innovatively proposes to apply the solid-state laser radar technology to the hopper,and take corresponding measures to meet the requirements by comparing the concrete volume difference between the actual pouring surface and the theoretical pouring surface within a certain range,that is,the concrete surplus and deficit.This scheme can shorten the pouring time of the base concrete,make the concrete material spread evenly more quickly,improve the control of the base deviation and construction efficiency,and provide reference for the intelligent control of the subway floating slab track foundation concrete pouring construction.
