摘要
采用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)和透射电镜(TEM)对高扩孔钢FB590不同扩孔率下的析出相与组织结构进行了观察分析。EBSD观察结果表明,不同扩孔率下组织晶粒度均达到12.5级以上,其显微组织均以铁素体为主,存在一定的残余奥氏体。TEM观察结果表明,显微组织中的马氏体、残余奥氏体的差异对扩孔性能产生影响。
The precipitates and microstructures of high expansion steel FB590 at different expansion rates were observed and analyzed by electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).EBSD observation results show that the grain size of the structure under different expansion rates is above 12.5,and its microstructure is mainly ferrite,with some residual austenite.TEM observation results show that the difference between martensite and residual austenite in the microstructure has an impact on the expansion performance.
