摘要
[目的]筛选出提高通草发芽率和生根率的基质配方。[方法]分别利用5种不同基质处理,研究基质对通草扦插和播种育苗中扦插生根率和种子发芽率的影响。[结果]以河沙进行通草根段扦插的生根率在13%左右,用品氏泥炭土(丹麦)处理的种子发芽率在12%左右,均为较好的通草扦插育苗基质和播种育苗基质。[结论]可为通草种苗繁育提供理论依据。
[Objective]The matrix formula was selected to improve the germination rate and rooting rate of Tetrapanax papyrifer.[Method]Five different substrate treatments were used to study the effects of substrate on cutting root rate and seed germination rate of T.papyrifer.[Result]The rooting rate of the cuttings in T.papyrifer root section of river sand was about 13%,and the germination rate of the seeds treated with peat soil(Denmark)was about 12%,both of which were good substrates for cutting and seedling rearing of T.papyrifer and sowing.[Conclusion]It could provide theoretical basis for the seedling breeding of T.papyrifer.
