摘要
目的:利用BI平台数据集成特点,实现公立医院绩效附加指标采集自动化,提高上报数据完整性、准确性。方法:根据绩效考核与医疗质量管理附加25项指标项数据采集要求,建立BI平台与各数据业务平台视图,通过病案号集成后构建审核体系,于公立医院绩效上报软件导出。结果:通过BI平台集成数据,病案统计管理系统数据对接速度明显提升,通过构建审核体系,错误数据明显减少,较大地提升了病案首页数据完整度。结论:通过院内BI平台将原本散在不同系统的数据集成,能够有效提高数据采集利用效率,减少错误。
Objective:By using the data integration characteristics of Business Intelligence,to automate the collection of additional performance indicators in public hospitals,improve the integrity and accuracy of reported data.Methods:Additional data collection requirements of 25 indicators based on performance assessment and medical quality management,establish the view of Business Intelligence and each data business platform,build an audit system after integrating medical record number,exported in public hospital performance reporting software.Results:After data integration through Business Intelligence,the data docking speed of medical record statistics management system has been significantly improved,through the establishment of audit system,erroneous data has been significantly reduced,greatly improves the data integrity of the home page of medical records.Conclusions:The data originally scattered in different systems are integrated through the Business Intelligence in the hospital,effectively improve the efficiency of data acquisition and utilization and reduce errors.
