堆积型铝土矿赤泥混凝技术路用研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 赤泥作为氧化铝生产过程中产生的工业固体废弃物,其堆存量的日益增长对环境造成了极大的威胁。目前赤泥作为路用耗材已成为赤泥资源化利用的重点领域。赤泥通过激发剂改性,可用于道路基层和面层。本文设计试验研究了堆积型一水硬铝石生产氧化铝所产赤泥的物理与力学性能、赤泥基稳定碎石和赤泥基混凝土各项工作性能。试验得出:赤泥中含铁量较大,颗粒极细易成团等;赤泥基稳定碎石在赤泥含量50%,激发剂掺量为10%,养护7 d后无侧限抗压强度可达到7.5 MPa,水稳性良好。赤泥基混凝土在赤泥掺入40%替代细集料时,养护28 d后无侧限抗压强度达到30 MPa以上,抗折强度达到6.5 MPa,同时抗渗等级达到P10,磨耗量小于2400 kg/m^(2)。以上均达到路用性能要求,为赤泥的路用研究与工程应用提供了依据。 Red Mud is a kind of industrial solid waste produced in the process of alumina production.The increasing amount of red mud poses a great threat to the environment.At present,the utilization of red mud as road consumables has become a key area of red mud resource utilization.Red mud can be used for road base and surface course after being modified with activator.In this paper,the physical and mechanical properties of the red mud produced from the alumina production process with accumulation-type diaspore,the working properties of red mud base stabilized macadam and red mud base concrete are studied in experiments,the results show that the red mud has heavy iron content and easily-clumped fine particles,and the unconfined compressive strength of red mud-based stabilized macadam can reach 7.5 MPa with favorable water stability when the input of activator is 10%and the macadam is cured for 7 days while the content of red mud is 50%.The unconfined compressive strength of red mud-based concrete after 28 days curing can exceed 30 MPa,the flexural strength can reach 6.5 MPa,the impermeability grade is up to P10,and the abrasion is less than 2400 kg/m^(2)when the input of alternative fine aggregates is 40%in the red mud.All of the above meet the requirements of road performance,which provides a basis for the research and engineering application of red mud.
