摘要
以氯化钴、氯化铝和氢氧化钠为原料,乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)为络合剂,在羟基氧化体系中合成掺铝氧化钴,通过煅烧后得到掺铝四氧化三钴小颗粒。结合羟基氧化体系中氧化反应和共沉淀反应的基本过程,研究不同温度、络合剂浓度和pH值对颗粒的致密性的影响。实验表明,通过控制温度、络合剂浓度、pH值,可以控制颗粒的形貌和生长速率,在最优组合工艺下可以制备致密性较高的掺铝四氧化三钴小颗粒(TD=2.5 g/cm^(3))。
Using cobalt chloride,aluminum chloride and sodium hydroxide as raw materials and disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA)as complexing agent,Al-doped cobalt oxide was synthesized in hydroxyl oxidation system.After calcination,Al-doped cobalt tetroxide particles were obtained.Combined with the basic process of oxidation reaction and co-precipitation reaction in hydroxyl oxidation system,the effects of different temperature,complexing agent concentration and pH value on particle compactness were studied.The experimental results show that the morphology and growth rate of the particles can be controlled by controlling the temperature,concentration of complexing agent and pH value,and the high compacted doped cobalt tetroxide particles(TD=2.5 g/cm^(3))can be prepared under the optimal combination process.
