摘要
封闭电气装置柜是变电站重要的设备之一,具有配置数量多、空间封闭、柜内电气接线密集的特点,当内部接线绝缘老化、短路、发热等原因引起局部火灾时,工作人员不能在火势形成的初期阶段发现火灾,造成火灾蔓延、设备损坏、大面积停电等严重后果。智能灭火材料贴片通过温感探测启动线及时监测到外部因发生火灾产生的明火和高温,自动启动灭火功能,控制灭火剂发生反应,在非人员参与下自发启动灭火。智能灭火材料集成贴片对封闭电气装置柜起到很好的火灾防控作用,自动启动灭火功能,快速有效地扑灭火源,将火灾隐患扑灭在初始阶段,解决了封闭电气装置柜存在消防安全隐患的问题。
The enclosed electrical device cabinet is one of the important equipment in substation,and it has the characteristics of large number of configurations,closed space and dense electrical wiring in the cabinet.In case of local fire caused by aging insulation,short circuit,heating and other reasons of internal wiring,the staff can not find the fire in the initial stage of fire formation,resulting in serious consequences such as fire spread,equipment damage,large-scale power failure and so on.The intelligent fire extinguishing material patch timely monitors the external open fire and high temperature caused by fire through the temperature detection start line,automatically starts the fire extinguishing function,controls the reaction of fire extinguishing agent,and automatically starts the fire extinguishing without the participation of personnel.The integrated patch of intelligent fire extinguishing materials plays a good role in fire prevention and control for the closed electrical device cabinet,automatically starts the fire extinguishing function,quickly and effectively extinguishes the fire source,extinguishes the fire hidden danger in the initial stage,and solves the problem of fire safety hidden danger in the closed electrical device cabinet.
