摘要
我国的自然治理工作已经取得了比较可观的实质性成果,特别是过去被忽略的中小河流治理工作,更是迎来了新的发展契机。实际上,中小河流的治理及中小型水库除险加固管理都属于水文管理的一部分,是保证中小水库顺利发挥作用、确保地区经济稳定发展的必然选择。本文根据实际情况,对中小河流治理的具体措施及中小型水库除险加固管理策略进行深入研究。
Under the correct leadership of Chinese government,our natural governance work has made considerable substantial achievements,especially the small and medium rivers governance work which was neglected in the past,is also a new development opportunity.In fact,the treatment of small and medium-sized rivers and the reinforcement management of small and medium-sized reservoirs are part of hydrological management,which is an inevitable choice to ensure the smooth functioning of small and medium-sized reservoirs and the stable development of regional economy.According to the actual situation,this paper makes an in-depth study on the specific measures for the treatment of small and medium-sized rivers and the management strategy of reinforcement of small and medium-sized reservoirs.
