摘要
随着新型传感器、物联网和人工智能技术的发展,以及农业从业人口老龄化的加重,对传统的烤烟技术提出了新的技术改革要求。本文通过结合智能技术革新,对烤烟过程的环境温度、湿度数据及烟叶颜色形态数据进行数据清洗、数据结构化、结构化存储,最终通过时域数据融合,构建出烤烟质量全过程多要素数据分析模型。通过烤烟质量全过程多要素数据分析模型,并根据数据模型基础,提出一种先进的自动控制模型技术。
With the development of new sensors,Internet of Things and AI technology,as well as the aging of the agricultural population,new technical reform requirements have been put forward for traditional tobacco flue-curing technology.Combined with intelligent technology innovation,this paper carries out data cleaning,data structure and structure storage of the ambient temperature and humidity data and tobacco leaf color morphology data of the tobacco flue-curing process.Finally,through time-domain data fusion,a multi-element data analysis model for the whole process of tobacco flue-curing quality is constructed.Through the multi-factor data analysis model of the whole process of tobacco flue-curing quality,an advanced automatic control model technology is proposed based on the data model.
