摘要
本研究使用非接触的VibraMI93系统对即将步入实习岗位的59名福建省公费师范男生进行多元智能评估,并以《多元智能量表丙式》作为效标进行效度检验。研究发现:修订后的MI93量表具有较高的信效度,可应用于成人多元智能发展的评估;其中福建省公费师范男生的语言、数理逻辑、人际、空间等4项智能发展较好;当前福建省公费师范男生的多元智能发展以事业智能组型为主,符合加德纳多元智能理论当中对教师职业的期待。
This study used the non-contact VibraMI93 system to evaluate the multiple intelligences of 59 male teachers in Fujian Province who were about to enter the internship position,and used the Multiple Intelligence Scale C as the criterion for validity test.The study found that the revised MI93 scale had high reliability and validity,and could be used to evaluate the development of adult multiple intelligence;Among them,the four intelligences of male teachers in Fujian Province,including language,mathematical logic,interpersonal,and space,developed better;At present,the development of multiple intelligences of male teachers at public expense in Fujian Province is dominated by career intelligence groups,which is in line with Gardner's expectation of teachers'career in the theory of multiple intelligences.
