仿真技术在机械设计制造过程中的应用

摘要 机械设计制造包括机电产品研发设计和工业装备的制造运行等。随着科技的发展,机械设计制造作为工业生产领域的重要内容,逐渐在各个领域普及使用,推动了社会的发展。机械设计与制造需要用到信息技术和自动控制技术等来解决机械制造中可能出现的问题。仿真技术使得机械设计制造在传统设计制造的基础上融入更多科学理念,能够统计分析机械设计制造过程中的数据,建立模型,更好地发现问题、分析问题和解决问题。因此,仿真技术对机械制造业的发展具有重要意义。 Mechanical design and manufacturing includes research and development of mechanical and electrical products,manufacturing and operation of industrial equipment,etc.With the development of science and technology,mechanical design and manufacturing are gradually popularized and used in various fieldsas an important content in the field of industrial production,promoting the development of society.Mechanical design and manufacturing require the use of information technology and automatic control technology to solve possible problems in mechanical manufacturing.Simulation technology enables mechanical design and manufacturing to incorporate more scientific concepts on the basis of traditional design and manufacturing,enabling statistical analysis of data in the process of mechanical design and manufacturing,establishing models,and better discovering,analyzing,and solving problems.Therefore,simulation technology has important significance for the development of mechanical manufacturing industry.
