摘要
为了提高无轨胶轮车在矿业运输工作中的自动化水平和保护动作灵敏度,降低跑车及撞车事故发生率。基于此,本文将设计一款矿用无轨胶轮车适用的自动感应系统,包括车辆检速控制系统和自动感应防撞装置。通过软件控制上位机、车辆运输监测设备、测速设备、工业以太网、显示端、监控分站还有警报箱等,根据此系统在工作实践应用效果来看,具备自动化操作优势,动作保护灵敏度高,达到预期的车辆防撞目标,为类似研究提供技术参考。
In order to improve the automation level and protection action sensitivity of trackless rubber wheel car in mining transportation work,reduce the incidence of sports car and crash accidents.Based on this,this paper will design an automatic induction system for mining rubber wheel car,including vehicle speed control system and automatic induction anti-collision device.Through software control master computer,vehicle transport monitoring equipment,speed equipment,industrial Ethernet,display end,monitoring substation and alarm box,etc.,according to the system in the working practice effect,automatic operation advantages,high protection sensitivity,achieve the expected vehicle collision target,provide tech-nical reference for similar research.
