综放工作面高压注水压裂放煤新工艺应用研究

摘要 近年来,煤矿回采工作面坚硬难垮落顶板、冲击矿压巷道顶板的卸压主要以传统的深孔爆破为主,采用连续单一的柱形装药形式结构,注水软化和裸孔卸压为辅的方法。但顶板深孔爆破使用的乳化炸药用量大,批量有限,且深孔爆破深度范围容易受到限制,极易受到周围爆炸物的影响,产生大块矿岩的实施安全性难保障,综放面压力注浆容易产生大量浮煤,并且注水软化和裸孔卸压的效果又不明显。因此,急需一种工艺技术弥补深孔爆破技术的不足,减少后续单井开采成本,提高煤矿的采收率。本文针对该问题提出了一种高压注水压裂放煤新工艺,并对其进行了应用阐述,以期提升后续煤炭的可放性。 In recent years,the traditional deep-hole blasting is the main method to relieve the pressure of hard and hard caving roof and rock burst roadway roof in coal mining face,supplemented by water injection softening and open-hole pressure relief.However,the amount of emulsion ex-plosives used in roof deep-hole blasting is large and the batch is limited,and the implementation safety of deep-hole blasting is difficult to guarantee,and the effect of water injection softening and open-hole pressure relief is not obvious.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a process technology to make up for the shortcomings of deep-hole blasting technology.Aiming at this problem,this paper proposes a new technology of high-pressure water injection fracturing coal drawing,and expounds its application in order to improve the subsequent coal drawing ability.
