摘要
当前,各类带有消防印记的网络舆情问题时有发生,成为消防队伍内外所关注的焦点、热点和难点,值得每一名消防救援人员深入分析。根据近年来收集的各类有关信息、资料查阅、问卷调查和队伍实际,介绍消防网络舆情成因及特点,结合网络舆情危机处置程序,提出处置对策,以供相关人员参考。
At present,all kinds of network public opinion problems with fire marks occur from time to time,and become the focus,hot spot and difficult point of attention both inside and outside the fire brigade,which is worthy of in-depth analysis by every fire rescue personnel.Based on various relevant information,data review,questionnaire survey and team practice collected in recent years,this paper introduces the causes and characteristics of fire network public opinion,and puts forward countermeasures in combination with the network public opinion crisis handling procedures for reference by relevant personnel.
