摘要
与传统GIS电站相比,抽水蓄能电站具有接线复杂、运行方式多样、工况转换频繁等特点,这也使得该电站中产生特快速暂态过电压(VFTO)的概率大大增加。VFTO耦合到GIS外壳上会形成暂态外壳电位(TEV)抬升进而对站内人员安全及二次设备的可靠性造成巨大威胁。但目前由于测试技术等的限制,学术界对TEV的研究尚缺乏系统的认识。文中基于某典型500 kV GIS抽水蓄能电站,建立了GIS、外壳及地网的系统等效模型,计算得出了TEV的幅值、频谱特性及对VFTO特性的影响,并分析了故障位置、供电模式、分支母线、垂直接地极等因素对TEV特性的影响,获得了TEV的特性规律及参数。研究结论对明确抽水蓄能电站GIS的TEV特性,进一步完善TEV相关理论和抑制措施具有重要参考价值。
The pumped storage power station,compared with the traditional GIS power station,has such characteris⁃tics as complex wiring,diverse operation modes and frequent conversion of working conditions,which also greatly in⁃creases the probability of generating ultra⁃fast transient overvoltage(VFTO)in the power station.The VFTO,in case of coupling to the GIS enclosure,will cause the rise of Transient Enclosure Voltage(TEV),which will pose a great threat to the personnel safety and reliability of secondary equipment in the station.However,due to the limitation of testing technology at present,the academic study on the TEV is still lack of systematic understanding.Based on a typical 500 kV GIS pumped storage power station,the system equivalent model of GIS,enclosure and ground net⁃work is set up in this paper,the amplitude and spectrum characteristics of TEV and their influence on VFTO charac⁃teristics are obtained,and the influence of such factors as fault location,power supply mode,branch bus,vertical grounding electrode on TEV characteristics is analyzed,and the characteristic and parameters of TEV are obtained.The conclusion has important reference for clarifying the TEV characteristics of GIS for the pumped storage power station and further improving the relevant TEV theories and suppression measures.
