摘要
综述了暖感棉织物的功能实现方法。分析了影响棉织物保暖的因素,包括织物的表面特征、蓬松度、厚度、组织结构和环境相对湿度。从纤维材质、纱线结构、织物特征3个层面梳理了暖感棉织物开发的主要技术路线以及研究进展,并对其未来发展方向与趋势进行了预判。认为:暖感棉织物的开发技术主要有4个发展方向,一是产品功能将依托新材质应用实现主动发热保暖;二是产品结构倾向于多元化和复合化;三是产品体验感的塑造更加关注热湿舒适性、触感舒适性、视觉舒适性的兼容;四是产品生产工艺技术将更加生态环保。
The function realization methods of sustainable warm cotton fabric were summarized.The factors affecting the warmth retention of cotton fabric were analyzed including fabric surface characteristics,bulkiness,thickness,fabric structure and environmental relative humidity.The main technical routes and research progress of sustainable warmth product design of cotton fabric were introduced from three aspects of fiber material,yarn structure and fabric characteristics.Its future development direction and trend were predicted.It is considered that the development technology of sustainable warm cotton fabric has four main development directions.First,the product function will rely on the application of new materials to achieve active heating and warmth preservation.Second,the product structure tends to be diversified and complex.Third,the formation of product experience will put more emphasis on the compatibility of thermal and wet comfort,contact comfort and visual comfort.Fourth,the product production technology and process will be more ecological and environmental friendly.
