河南省三级公立医院职工工作满意度调查研究 被引量:3

The research of the investigation on employee’s job satisfaction of tertiary public hospitals in Henan province

摘要 目的 分析影响三级公立医院职工工作满意度的影响因素,探讨提高其满意度的途径。方法 于2020年1月使用纸质调查问卷方法进行研究。问卷内容包括性别、职称、受教育程度、所在部门、编制情况、在医院工作年限6项基本信息以及工作本身、工作回报、工作群体和医院管理4个维度,30个条目。调查对象为河南省8家公立医院,采用单纯随机抽样方式,每个医院抽取100名医师(共800名)发放问卷,问卷1周后收回。满意度的评价采用李克特量表评分法;两组之间得分符合正态分布,比较使用两独立样本t检验,3组及以上的比较使用单因素方差分析;根据分析结果将对满意度有影响的因素纳入多重线性回归分析模型,以确定职工满意度的影响因素。结果 研究回收800份问卷,回收率100.00%;有效问卷709份,问卷有效率88.63%。满意度最低的维度是工作回报,平均得分为(4.51±0.73)分;满意度最高的维度是工作群体,平均得分为(4.70±0.51)分。对职工满意度有影响的因素是受教育程度和所在部门。本科学历的职工满意度高于大专学历的职工,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与行政工作者相比,临床工作者的满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)、技术人员满意度低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 医院职工对工作回报的满意度最低,影响医院职工满意度的因素主要是受教育程度和所在部门。 Objective To analyze the influencing factors of job satisfaction in tertiary public hospitals and to discuss the method improving the job satisfaction. Methods A questionnaire is used for research,containing 6 basic information,gender,title,education level,department,establishment status,and years of working in the hospital,as well as four dimensions(30 questions) of work position,work reward,relationship between colleagues and hospital management. Eight hospitals in Henan Province were surveyed. 100 subjects were randomly selected in each hospital using simple random sampling,and 800 questionnaires were distributed and returned in 1 week. Satisfaction was evaluated using a Likert scale rating method. Scores between two groups conformed to a normal distribution,and comparisons were made using two independent samples t-test,and one-way ANOVA was used for comparisons of three groups and above. Factors influencing satisfaction were included in the multiple linear regression analysis model according to the analysis results to determine the influencing factors of employee satisfaction.Results 800 questionnaires were distributed and returned,with a return rate of 100.00%;709 were valid,with an effective rate of 88.63%. The dimension with the lowest satisfaction is work reward,with an average score of(4.51±0.73);the dimension with the highest satisfaction is work group,with an average score of(4.70±0.51). The factors that were determined to have an impact on employee satisfaction were education level and department: compared with staff with college degree,staff with bachelor degree had higher satisfaction with work,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with administrative staff,clinical staff had higher satisfaction,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and hospital technicians had lower satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).
