摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济的全面发展,用人单位对高校人才需求呈现出多元化趋势。近年来,在师范类体育教育专业人才扩招的背景下,师范类院校所培养出的体育专业人才的职业素养未能跟上时代发展的步伐,导致就业难问题的产生。基于此,对师范类院校体育教育专业人才培养的就业核心竞争力进行探讨,以解决培养体育人才就业核心竞争力中存在的问题,全面提升师范类体育教育专业学生的就业核心竞争力,让学生能更加适应社会发展的新要求,从而促进师范院校的可持续发展。
With China’s booming market economy,employers have diversified demands for college talents.Due to the expansion of physical education in normal schools,they have produced physical education talents whose professionalism is behind the times,resulting in employment dilemmas.In view of this,this paper probes into the cultivation of employment core competitiveness of physical education students in normal schools,so as to address the deficiencies in cultivating the employment core competitiveness of physical education talents,comprehensively enhance the employment core competitiveness of physical education students in normal schools,promote their adaptation to the new requirements of social development,and thus ensure the sustainable development of normal schools.
