摘要 某核电厂I期项目1 GCT阀门反馈装置,原设计为梅索里兰接触式。机组为全球最大1750MW,每次机组上下行时,GCT蒸汽排放量相对于CPR大很多,蒸汽排放阀振动剧烈,导致反馈装置在长时间的高频振动下产生裂纹,从而造成连杆根部等部位脱落或者断裂。阀门反馈装置故障后,会直接导致阀门开度与指令不符,进而引起SG水位波动,存在跳堆风险。反馈装置经过多次加固改进,仍然无法改变反馈杆脱落和断裂状况。后来参考ARE系统经验,将GCT阀门反馈装置改造为非接触式,经过2号机调试期间验证,以及1号机2020年春节临停上下行的表现,非接触式装置未出现故障,运行稳定,后来将T1/2GCT的大阀全部改造。 The feedback device of 1GCT valve in Taishan Nuclear Power Project 1 was originally designed as Mesolinland contact type.The unit is the largest 1750MW in the world.Each time the unit goes up and down,the GCT steam emission is much larger than CPR.The steam drain valve vibrates violently,causing the feedback device to crack under long-term high-frequency vibration,resulting in the falling off or fracture of the connecting rod root and other parts.After the failure of the valve feedback device,it will directly cause the valve opening to be inconsistent with the command,thus causing the SG water level to fluctuate,and there is a risk of reactor trip.After reinforcement and improvement for many times,the feedback device still cannot change the falling off and fracture of the feedback rod.Later,referring to the experience of ARE system,GCT valve feedback device was transformed into non-contact device.After the verification during the commissioning of unit 2 and the performance of unit 1 during the temporary shutdown in 2020 spring festival,the non-contact device did not fail and operated stably.Later,all T1/2GCT valves were transformed.
