摘要
为研究再生混凝土栓钉连接件的抗剪性能,设计了6个以再生粗骨料取代率和再生混凝土强度为参数的再生混凝土栓钉连接件推出试件,并结合非线性有限元软件ABAQUS建立了45个推出试件的1/4有限元模型,探讨了粗骨料取代率、混凝土强度等级、栓钉尺寸等因素对推出试件抗剪性能的影响.结果表明:与普通混凝土栓钉连接件试件相比,再生混凝土栓钉连接件试件破坏时,混凝土表面裂缝更为明显;试件抗剪承载力和刚度与栓钉直径、栓钉强度近似呈线性关系;不同取代率下,分别增大栓钉直径和强度对试件抗剪承载力的影响存在明显差异,随取代率的增加其增长速度逐渐减弱;增大混凝土强度和栓钉长度对试件抗剪性能的提升效果不明显.基于数值模拟结果,提出了再生混凝土栓钉连接件抗剪承载力计算公式.计算结果与试验结果的最大误差仅为7.07%,说明该公式较为可靠.
To study the shear performance of recycled concrete stud connectors,six push-out specimens of recycled concrete stud connectors with the recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate and recycled concrete strength as parameters were designed.Combined with the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS,the 1/4 finite element models of 45 push-out specimens were established.The effects of the coarse aggregate replacement rate,the concrete strength grade and the stud size on the shear performance of push-out specimens were discussed.The results show that compared with ordinary concrete stud connectors,the cracks on the concrete surface are more obvious when the recycled concrete stud connectors are damaged.The shear capacity and stiffness of the specimen are approximately linear with the diameter and strength of the studs.With different replacement rates,the effects of increasing the diameter and strength of the studs on the shear capacity of the specimens are significantly different.The increase velocity decreases with the increase of the replacement rate.Increasing the concrete strength and stud length has a relatively small effect on the improvement of the shear performance of the specimen.Based on the results of numerical simulation,a formula for calculating the shear capacity of recycled concrete stud connectors was proposed.The maximum error of the calculation results and the experimental results is 7.07%,proving the formula to be reliable.
