摘要
通过试验研究了PVA纤维和抗裂防渗剂对水工混凝土开裂抗渗性、体积稳定性以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:防渗抗裂剂可以改善拌合物保水保坍、抗离析及施工和易性,提高新拌混凝土黏稠度;单掺PVA纤维或防渗抗裂剂能够明显增强混凝土的抗渗抗裂性能,而防渗抗裂剂与PVA纤维的复掺未表现出有效的叠加效应,研究成果为增强水利工程整体抗裂性能提供决策依据。
The effects of PVA fiber and anti-crack and anti-seepage agent on cracking impermeability,volume stability and mechanical properties of hydraulic concrete were studied by experiments.The results show that the anti-seepage and anti-crack agent can improve the water retention,slump resistance,segregation resistance and construction workability of the mixture,and improve the viscosity of fresh concrete.Single addition of PVA fiber or anti-seepage and anti-crack agent can obviously enhance the anti-seepage and anti-crack performance of concrete,but the compound addition of anti-seepage and anti-crack agent and PVA fiber does not show effective stacking effect.The research results provide decision-making basis for enhancing the overall anti-crack performance of water conservancy projects.
