摘要
为进一步加强燃气使用安全,落实《安全生产法》第三十六条第四款的规定,对普及可燃气体报警装置过程中涉及的参与主体(义务主体、行政管理主体、司法主体、供气主体)现状进行讨论,探索各主体落实方向。
In order to further strengthen the safety of gas use and implement the provisions of the fourth paragraph of article 36 of Safety Operation Law,the current situation of the participants involved in the popularization of combustible gas alarm devices(obligation subjects,administrative subjects,judicial subjects,gas supply subjects)is discussed,and the implementation direction of each subject is explored.
