摘要
“四个好”和“两个服务”重要批示,是做好新时代档案工作的根本遵循和行动指南。“四个好”是基本要求,是档案工作必须严守的底线;“两个服务”是宗旨、是目标,也是档案人应有的初心和使命。在对一年多来部分行业在基建、新基建及重点项目等领域,落实“四个好”“两个服务”重要批示精神实践活动,从体制机制、实务、技术三个方面进行梳理的基础上,阐述了“四个好”“两个服务”重要批示的精神意涵和几个认识上的误区,提出了长期践行“四个好”“两个服务”重要批示精神需心中有原则,工作有标准,办事有依据,行动有权衡的建议。
The important instructions of"Four goods"and"Two services"are the fundamental guidelines for archival work in the new era.“Four goods”is the basic requirement and the bottom line that archives work must strictly observe.“Two services”is the purpose and the goal,as well as the original intention and mission that the archives should follow.Based on the investigation of the implementation of the“four goods”and“two services”instructions in the fields of infrastructure construction,new infrastructure and key projects area,and the study of the three aspects of the industries’system mechanism,practice and technology,this paper elaborated the“four goods”and“two services”spiritual implications and several misunderstandings.It also puts forward the suggestions that the long-term practice of the important instruction of“four goods”and“two services”require the principle in mind,the standard at work,the law in handling affairs and the balance in action.
