摘要
缓慢性心律失常(Bradyarrhythmia,BA)是一种临床上常见的心脏疾病,永久起搏器植入术是治疗BA最有效的手段,起搏器可根据起搏的心腔数目和植入的导线数目分为单腔、双腔、三腔起搏器以及无导线起搏器等,起搏器的导线植入部位包括右室心尖部、右室间隔部、希氏束、左束支等。起搏器植入后会对患者的左心功能产生一定的影响。超声心动图是目前临床评估和监测患者左心功能情况的首选方法,超声可通过二维超声、M型超声、多普勒法、斑点追踪、三维超声等多种技术手段得到患者左心功能的不同参数,从而较全面地评价起搏器植入后患者左心功能的变化情况。
Bradyarrhythmia(BA)is a common heart disease in clinic.Permanent pacemaker implantation is the most effective method for the treatment of BA.Pacemakers can be divided into single-chamber,dual-chamber,three-chamber pacemakers and leadless pacemakers according to the number of implanted wires and the number of pacemaker chambers.The implantation sites of pacemaker wires include right ventricular apex,right ventricular septum,His bundle and left bundle branch.The pacemaker implantation will have a certain impact on the left cardiac function of patients.Echocardiography is the preferred method for clinical evaluation and monitoring of left cardiac function in patients.Echocardiography can obtain different parameters of left cardiac function in patients through two-dimensional ultrasound,M-mode ultrasound,Doppler method,speckle tracking,three dimensional echocardiography and other technical means,so as to comprehensively evaluate the changes of left cardiac function in patients after pacemaker implantation.
