摘要
为了增加直流变换器的电压增益,减少开关管的电压应力,将耦合电感倍压单元与二极管-电容(Diode capacitor multiplier,DCM)单元进行组合,提出一种双倍压DCM结构,将该结构引入含输出二极管的非隔离变换器中,不仅能提升该类变换器的电压增益,有效降低器件的电压应力,同时利用结构中的二极管-电容支路作为无源钳位支路吸收漏感能量,提高变换器的效率。并以含双倍压DCM结构的Sepic变换器为例进行了工作模态和工作性能的分析,推导了电感电流临界的工作状态,与同类型变换器进行了对比分析,充分证明了该类变换器具有高增益、低应力的优势。最后,搭建了一个60W的试验样机,验证了上述理论的正确性。
To increase the voltage gain of the DC-DC converter,reduce the voltage stress of the switch,combine the coupled inductor multiplier unit with the diode-capacitor multiplier(DCM)unit,and a double DCM structure is proposed and introduced into a non-isolated converter with output diode.Not only the voltage gain of the converter is improved,but also the voltage stress of the semiconductor is reduced.Meanwhile,the diode-capacitor branch in the structure is used as a passive clamping branch to absorb the leakage inductor energy and improve the efficiency of the converter.The working mode and working performance of the proposed SEPIC-based converter are analyzed,which containing a double DCM structure.The working state of the inductor current is analyzed.Compared with the same type converter,the advantages of proposed type of converter with high gain and low stress are fully proven.Finally,a 60 W experimental prototype is built to verify the correctness of the theory.
