摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次提出寓意深远、发人深省的金句。这些“习式话语”在人民群众中形成了独特的共鸣效应与感召力。文章依据解码/编码理论,探讨“习式话语”的构建逻辑。党和人民关系的内在一致性提供了“习式话语”的建构基础,党的叙事话语体系则提供了一套相对固定且连续的编码规则,并通过程式化方式实现党的领袖与人民群众的规则共享,使“习式话语”能够被人民群众领会、学习与实践。党建工作者进一步推广“习式话语”不仅需要抓住有利时机,丰富本地实践,还需要调动社会媒体与新媒体发挥积极作用。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward many profound and thought-provoking golden sentences.These discourses have formed a unique resonance effect and appeal among the people.Based on decoding/encoding theory,this paper discusses the construction logic of Xi Jinping's discourses.The internal consistency of the relationship between the Party and the people provides the basis for the construction of Xi Jinping's discourses.The Party's narrative discourse system provides a set of relatively fixed and continuous encoding rules,and realizes the sharing of rules between the Party leader and the people in a stylized way,so that Xi Jinping's discourses can be understood,studied and practiced by the people.To further promote Xi Jinping's discourses,Party building workers not only need to seize favorable opportunities to enrich local practices,but also need to mobilize social media and new media to play a positive role.
