摘要思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,办好思政课,关键在教师。深入贯彻党的二十大精神,推动党对人才工作重大战略部署落实,需要打造高质量的思想政治理论课教师队伍。云南国防工业职业技术学院在思想政治理论课专任教师的校本培养中,从政治素质、道德修养、综合能力三个维度出发,围绕思想政治理论课教师“政治要强、情怀要深、思维要新、视野要广、自律要严、人格要正”的“六要”总要求,构建新时代思想政治理论课教师校本培养体系的“四梁八柱”,开展“职前+职后”一体化双轮驱动培养路径实践,培养素质优良的思想政治理论课教师队伍,为实现思想政治理论课教育人才高质量发展提供路径参考。 Ideological and political courses are critical to implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.The key to running the course is the teachers.To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and promote the implementation of the Party's major strategic deployment for talent work,it is necessary to build a high-quality team of teachers of ideological and political theory courses.In the school-based training of full-time teachers of ideological and political theory courses,Yunnan National Defense Industry Vocational and Technical College,starting from the three dimensions of political quality,moral cultivation and comprehensive ability,and centering on the general requirements of"six essentials"for teachers of ideological and political theory course:"strong politics,deep feelings,new thinking,broad vision,strict self-discipline,and correct personality",constructs the"four beams and eight pillars"of the school-based training system for teachers in the new era,carries out the practice of"pre-service+after-service"integrated dual-wheel driving training path,cultivates high-quality teachers of ideological and political theory courses,providing path reference for the high-quality development of ideological and political theory education talents.
