摘要
目的:系统评价养老机构老年人的养老需求,为我国机构式养老服务提供参考。方法:计算机检索中英文相关数据库,收集关于中国内地养老机构老年人需求的质性研究,检索时限从建库至2022年5月。采用“澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准(2020)”,以Meta整合方法进行分析。结果:共纳入文献13篇,提炼出53个结果,归成7个新类别,合成3个整合结果,即医养结合需求、人文关怀需求、物理环境与社会环境需求。结论:养老机构老年人养老需求较高,如日常照护、医疗卫生、社会功能、心理与精神、价值与尊严、机构“软硬件”环境等,建议政府、养老机构及老年人家属共同努力,从不同层面满足其多元化、个体化需求。
Objective:To systematically review the service needs among the elderly in long-term care facilities in Chinese mainland,and provide a reference for service provision in long-term care facilities.Methods:We searched databases for qualitative studies on this topic from database inception to May 2022.The Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies(2020)was used to evaluate the quality of included studies.These studies were synthesized using the meta-synthesis method.Results:A total of 13 studies were included.We extracted 53 items of service needs among the elderly,which were categorized into seven subthemes and further synthesized into three themes:Demands for integration of medical treatment and convalesce;Demands for humanistic care;Demands on the physical and social environment.Conclusion:The elderly in long-term care facilities have high demands for various services,such as daily care,health care,social function,psychology and spirit,individual value and dignity,and the"hardware and software"environment of the facilities.It is suggested that the government,long-term care facilities,and elderly family members should make joint efforts to meet the diversified and individualized needs of the elderly.
