摘要
[研究目的]该文试图通过全面分析美国智库对中国太空活动的认知,为发展中美太空关系提供一定的参考建议。[研究方法]该文以美国12家智库的45份文献为样本,采用文献分析法对这些文献的内容进行分析。[研究结论]美国智库对中国太空活动主要关注点是与军事能力相关的领域,认为中国太空活动对美国构成威胁。但是大部分美国智库并不反对和中国在太空领域进行一定的接触。因此,该文建议:中国应继续加强自身的太空活动能力缩小与美国的技术差距;通过公共外交等手段促进与美国智库之间的交流以增进相互理解;坚持在太空领域的国际合作以应对中美太空合作中的挑战。
[Research purpose] This paper attempts to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the perception of China's outer space activities by the American think tanks,and provide some reference suggestions for the development of Sino-US outer space relations.[Research method] The paper takes 45 documents from 12 think tanks in the United States as samples,and uses the literature analysis method to analyze their contents.[Research conclusion]The main focus of American think tanks on China's outer space activities is related to China's military capabilities,and they believe that China's outer space activities pose a threat to the United States.However,most think tanks do not oppose certain contacts with China in the outer space field.The paper suggests that China should continue to strengthen its outer space activities to narrow the technological gap with the United States,promote exchanges with American think tanks through public diplomacy and other means to enhance mutual understanding,and adhere to international cooperation in the space field to cope with the challenges in Sino-US outer space cooperation.
