摘要
机械对称性表现为机械系统内部存在的广泛对称性质,其功能对称性、原理对称性和结构对称性之间作用紧密,蕴含着大量对称性知识.分析机械对称性知识在机械设计、工艺规划和故障诊断等领域的应用,指出根据机械对称性知识来进行环保机械产品创新设计的基本思想;建立基于机械对称性知识的机械产品创新设计模型.以环保机械产品智能水面垃圾清洁船的设计为实际设计应用,实现基于机械对称性知识的环保机械产品的创新设计,验证机械对称性在机械产品创新设计方面的实用性与有效性.
Mechanical symmetry is represented by the extensive symmetry properties existing in the mechanical system.The symmetries of its function,principle and structure are closely related and contain a lot of symmetry knowledge.This paper analyzes the application of mechanical symmetry knowledge in mechanical design,pro⁃cess planning and fault diagnosis,and points out the basic idea of the innovative design of environmental pro⁃tection mechanical products.The innovative design model of mechanical products based on mechanical symme⁃try knowledge is established.Taking the design of the environmental protection machinery product intelligent surface garbage cleaning ship as the actual design application,the innovative design of environmental protec⁃tion machinery products based on mechanical symmetry knowledge is realized,and the practicability and effec⁃tiveness of mechanical symmetry in the innovative design of mechanical products are verified.
