摘要
目的 分析积芎解毒方联合西药对糖尿病肾病的降糖效果及调节微炎症状态的作用。方法 将2019年4月—2021年12月收治的90例糖尿病肾病患者采用随机数字法分为2组。对照组给予常规对症治疗,中医辨证组加用积芎解毒方治疗。比较2组疗效、炎症因子[白细胞介素-17A(IL-17A)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)]、糖代谢及肾功能指标的差异。结果 中医辨证组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。中医辨证组治疗后IL-17A、INS高于对照组,hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-18、FBG、HbA1c、血Scr、BUN、24 h UPRO低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 积芎解毒方治疗糖尿病肾病可减轻炎症反应,改善糖代谢、肾功能指标,提高疗效。
Objective This paper aims to analyze the hypoglycemic effect of Jixiong Jiedu Recipe combined with western medicine on diabetic nephropathy and the effect of regulating micro-inflammatory state. Methods A total of 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted from April 2019 to December 2021 were divided into two groups by random method. The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment, and the TCM syndrome differentiation group was additionally given Jixiong Jiedu Recipe. The differences in efficacy, inflammatory factors [interleukin-17A(IL-17A), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), and interleukin-18(IL-18)], glucose metabolism and renal function indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of TCM syndrome differentiation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). After treatment in TCM syndrome differentiation group, IL-17A and INS were higher than those in control group, while hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-18, FBG, HbA1c, blood Scr, BUN, and 24 h UPRO were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Jixiong Jiedu Recipe can reduce inflammatory reaction, improve glucose metabolism, renal function index and improve curative effect.
