打包机箱体及包块应力仿真与实验研究

Research on the stress of packing machine case and package block based on joint numerical simulation and patch experiment

摘要 以打包机箱体为研究对象,首先利用Simufact-ANSYS联合仿真分析箱体与包块的应力,然后通过贴片实验验证箱体的仿真结果,并分析不同工艺参数对包块等效应力的影响。结果表明:仿真与实验所得箱体应力的误差约为3.2%,最大应力出现在前侧板与底板前端焊接处,包块的等效应力受环境温度、进给速度和摩擦因数的影响。研究结果为包块打压成形工艺优化奠定了基础。 Taking the packing machine case as the research object,the stress of the case and the package block is analyzed by using Simufact-ANSYS simulation.The simulation results of the case are verified by the patch experiment,and the influence of different process parameters on the equivalent stress of the package block is analyzed.The results show that the error of the simulation results is about 3.2%compared with the experimental results.The maximum stress occurs at the welding position between the front side plate and the front end of the bottom plate.The equivalent stress of the package block is affected by the ambient temperature,feed speed and friction coefficient.The research results can lay a foundation for the optimization of the forming process.
