转录因子Nrf2在牙周炎中的作用及药物干预研究进展

摘要 牙周炎是由菌斑微生物引起的慢性炎症性疾病,机体持续炎症刺激产生的活性氧(ROS)堆积,是引起氧化应激的直接因素。氧化应激反应进一步增加多种炎性细胞因子产生,最终导致牙周支持组织破坏。核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)是细胞抗氧化应激机制中重要的转录因子,研究发现其可发挥抗炎、抗氧化作用,调控细胞铁死亡、凋亡等生理过程。因此,靶向调控Nrf2转录因子是目前牙周炎治疗的研究热点。本文就Nrf2在牙周炎中的作用及近年来靶向Nrf2转录因子治疗牙周病的研究进展进行综述。 Periodontitis is a chronic inflammatory disease caused by bacterial plaque biofilm.The accumulation of reactive oxygen species is the direct factor that leads to oxidative stress.Oxidative stress further increases the production of inflammatory cytokines,aggravates the inflammatory response,and eventually leads to the destruction of periodontal supporting tissue.Nuclear factor E2-related factor 2 is one of the important transcription factors in the mechanism of cellular anti-oxidative stress.Studies have found that it can plays an important role in regulating oxidative stress,and inhibit cell ferroptosis,apoptosis,etc.physiological process.Therefore,targeted regulation of Nrf2 transcription factor is currently a research focus in the treatment of periodontitis.In this paper reviewed the role of Nrf2 in periodontitis and the active substances targeting Nrf2 transcription factors for periodontal disease in recent years.
