肾内科标准化临床带教模式分析

摘要 目的:分析在肾内科标准化临床带教中采用分阶段目标教学法的应用价值。方法:筛选2018年12月-2021年12月间,在我院肾内科参与临床实践的实习医生68例纳入本次研究。并以掷骰子方式作为分组标准,将其分成两组。实施传统带教模式的为常规组(34例),实施分阶段目标教学法展开标准化带教模式的为标准组(34例),统计两种方式的应用效果,并对研究所得数据展开分析与比较。结果:实习结束后,通过各项数据对比分析发现,与常规组相较,标准组的知识与技能掌握情况更佳,显然标准组实习医生对其带教模式更为满意。结论:在肾内科标准化临床带教中采用分阶段目标教学的效果显著,可在提升实习医生实践学习积极性的同时,尽快掌握专业知识与操作技巧,是一种应用价值较高,且实用性较强的学习方法。 Objective:To analyze the application value of phased objective teaching method in the standardized clinical teaching of nephrology department.Methods:A total of 68 interns who participated in clinical practice in the nephrology department of the hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were included in this study.They were divided into two groups by dice rolling.The conventional group(34 cases)implemented the traditional teaching mode,and the standard group(34 cases)implemented the phased target teaching method to develop the standardized teaching model.The application effects of the two methods were analyzed and compared.Results:After the internship,compared with the conventional group,the standard group had better knowledge and skills.Obviously,the interns in the standard group were more satisfied with the teaching model.Conclusion:In the standardized clinical teaching of nephrology department,the effect of phased target teaching is significant.It can improve the practice and learning enthusiasm of interns and master professional knowledge and operation skills as soon as possible.It is a learning method with high application value and strongpracticability.
