摘要
为探究不同设计方法对SMA-13混合料老化性能的影响,通过室内模拟SMA-13混合料的短期老化和长期老化过程,研究了设计方法(垂直振动成型法(VTM法)、旋转压实法(SGC法)和马歇尔法(Marshall法))对SMA-13混合料老化性能的影响规律。结果表明:相对于Marshall法,SGC法和VTM法SMA-13混合料中沥青经过短期老化后性能变化大;且经过长期老化后,VTM法SMA-13混合料中沥青性能变化幅度明显小于Marshall法和SGC法;相对于Marshall法,SGC法和VTM法设计SMA-13混合料的各项性能受短期老化影响大;经过长期老化后,VTM法SMA-13混合料的性能变化幅度明显小于Marshall法和SGC法。
In order to explore the influence of design methods(VTM Method,SGC Method,Marshall Method)on SMA-13 mixture aging performance,the short-term and long-term aging process of SMA-13 mixture are simulated in laboratory.The results show that the asphalt performance of SMA-13 mixture designed by SGC method and VTM method change significantly after short-term aging than that designed by Marshall Method.After long-term aging,the change of asphalt performance of SMA-13 mixture designed by VTM method is obviously smaller than that designed by Marshall Method and SGC method.Compared with Marshall Method,the performance of SMA-13 mixture designed by SGC method and VTM method are greatly affected by short-term aging;after long-term aging,the performance change of SMA-13 mixture designed by VTM method is obviously smaller than that of Marshall Method and SGC method.
