摘要
本文使用氨基酸混合标准物质,对氨基酸分析仪检出限以及分离度进行不确定度评定。结果表明:检出限扩展相对不确定度为9.6%,通过不确定度分析,基线噪声的波动性对仪器检出限的影响最大,降低基线噪声可有效改善仪器检出限;分离度的扩展相对不确定度为6.1%,通过不确定度分析发现,标准物质的不确定度以及待测物浓度对分离度的影响最大,在仪器的线性范围内适当增大待测物浓度可有效改善待测物的分离度。
In this paper,the mixed standard substance of amino acid is used to evaluate the uncertainty of detection limit and resolution of amino acid analyzer.The results show that the expanded relative uncertainty of the detection limit is 9.6%.Through uncertainty analysis,the fluctuation of baseline noise has the greatest impact on the detection limit of the instrument.Reducing baseline noise can effectively improve the detection limit of the instrument.The expanded relative uncertainty of degree of separation is 6.1%.Through uncertainty analysis,the uncertainty of reference materials and concentration of the analytes has the greatest impact on the degree of separation.Appropriately increasing the concentration of the analytes within the linear range of the instrument can effectively improve the degree of separation of the instrument.
