摘要
目的探讨肢体语言沟通在小儿哮喘护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月曲阜市人民医院儿科收治的80例哮喘患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用肢体语言沟通。比较两组依从性、肺功能指标及症状改善时间。结果观察组总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气流量峰值均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、喘息及气促改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿哮喘护理中应用肢体语言沟通,可有效提高患儿依从性,改善患儿肺功能及临床症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of body language communication in nursing care of pediatric asthma.Methods A total of 80 children with asthma admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Qufu People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group adopted body language communication on the basis of the control group.Compliance,pulmonary function and symptom improvement time were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second and peak expiratory flow in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of cough,wheezing and shortness of breath in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of body language communication in nursing care of pediatric asthma can effectively improve the compliance of children,lung function and clinical symptoms of children,which is worthy of clinical application.
