提高通风机运行效率的综合降低风阻方案

摘要 为了提高矿井通风机的运行效率,对投产多年的矿井通风系统提出了综合降低风阻方案。使用多参数通风检测仪JFY4、风机扭矩测试仪等设备对风速、扭矩等相关参数进行测量,通过计算得到风机的运行效率数据。通过实施巷道降阻、局部降阻、构筑物降阻、线路优化等措施,提高了通风机的运行效率,降低了电能消耗。 In order to improve the operating efficiency of mine ventilators,a comprehensive wind resistance reduction program is proposed for mine ventilation systems that have been in operation for many years.Wind speed,torque and other related parameters were measured using multi-parameter ventilation tester JFY4,fan torque tester and other equipment,and the operating efficiency data of the fan were obtained by calculation.By implementing measures such as roadway resistance reduction,local resistance reduction,structure resistance reduction and line optimization,the operating eficiency of ventilation fans was improved and the power consumption was reduced.
