摘要
以砂生槐一年生播种苗为试材,设置5个保水剂用量(CK、T1、T2、T3、T4),研究了不同浓度保水剂对砂生槐幼苗生长、生理和生根指标的影响,以期为砂生槐的最佳节水模式及水分高效利用提供参考依据。结果表明:保水剂施用量的增加可以提高砂生槐幼苗的苗高、地径和生物量;幼苗的苗高、地径及生物量在T2处理下达到最大值且均随着保水剂浓度的增加呈先增后减的趋势。施用保水剂提高了砂生槐叶绿素含量和根系活力,在T2处理时幼苗叶绿素含量和根系活力最大;施用保水剂降低了丙二醛和脯氨酸含量,降低了超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶活性。砂生槐幼苗根系生物量、总长度、表面积和体积在T2处理下达到最大值且均随着保水剂浓度的增加呈先增后减的趋势。在适宜添加量范围内,施用保水剂能提高砂生槐幼苗生长,而当施用量过大时将阻碍砂生槐幼苗正常生长,以T2(0.2%)的保水剂用量作用效果最佳。
Taking one-year-old seedlings of S.moorcroftiana as experimental materials, the effects of water retainer on the growth, physiology and rooting indexes of Sophora moorcroftiana seedlings were studied by setting five water retainer dosages(CK,T1,T2,T3,T4),in order to provide reference for the best water saving mode of S.moorcroftiana and efficient use of water.The results showed that the height, ground diameter and biomass of S.moorcroftiana seedlings could be increased with the increase of water retainer concentration.The seedling height, ground diameter and biomass of seedlings reached the maximum under T2 treatment, and all increased first and then decreased with the increase of the concentration of water retainer.The application of water retainer increased the chlorophyll content and root activity of S.moorcroftiana.The content of malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and proline were decreased by applying water retainer.The root biomass, total length, surface area and volume of S.moorcroftiana seedlings reached the maximum under T2 treatment, and all increased first and then decreased with the increase of water retainer.Within the range of appropriate addition amount, the application of water retainer agent could improve the growth of the seedlings of S.moorcroftiana,but when the application amount was too large, it would hinder the normal growth of the seedlings of S.moorcroftiana. In this study, the amount of T2(0.2%) water retainer had the best effect.
