摘要
【目的】分析各版本推拿教材中关于腰椎坐位定位旋转扳法的内容并探究其发展脉络。【方法】收集1960年至2021年间出版的36本推拿类教材,整理并分析腰椎坐位定位旋转扳法的主要内容,比较其在操作要领、临床适应症等方面的差异性。【结果】通过汇总各版本教材中对该扳法的描述,发现该扳法变化的重点在于定位、旋转、发力技巧以及“弹响声”。【结论】随着教材版本的不断更新,腰椎坐位定位旋转扳法的归类从笼统到具体、定义从模糊到清晰、操作要领从简单到详尽,手法逐渐规范,其作用和适应证也不断地丰富和完善。该手法对于治疗腰椎疾患具有较大优势,选取该手法作为研究方向有助于其在腰椎疾患的治疗领域中发挥出更大作用。通过该文的梳理和总结,得出的研究成果将有助于初学者在学习该手法过程中的理解和掌握,以及为推拿医生的临床治疗提供一定参考。
Objective To analyze the content of lumbar spine seated fixed-position rotatory pulling manipulation in various versions of Tuina textbooks and to explore its development. Methods Thirty-six textbooks on Tuina published between 1960 and 2021 were collected to collate and analyze the main contents of the lumbar spine seated fixed-positioning rotatory pulling manipulation,and their differences in terms of operating principles and clinical indications were compared. Results A summary of the descriptions of the rotatory pulling manipulation in the various versions of the textbook shows that the variations focus on positioning,rotation,skills of power and the“popping sound”. Conclusion With the constant updating of textbook editions,the categorization of the lumbar spine seated fixed-position rotatory pulling manipulation has changed from general to specific,its definition from vague to clear,and its operation from simple to detailed,and the manipulation has gradually been standardized and its functions and indications have been enriched and improved. This manipulation has been chosen as the main focus of this study as it plays a greater role in the treatment of lumbar spine disorders. The results of the research will help beginners to understand and master the manipulation and provide reference value for the clinical treatment of Tuina practitioners.
