与机器交流:人机传播视域下的智慧城市传播研究 被引量:3

摘要 在全球城市智能化发展趋势下,智慧城市正成为典型的城市形态。文章以人机传播为智慧城市传播研究视角,将智慧城市中智能机器系统视作与人类共享本体论地位的机器主体,而非再现和表征城市的工具,突破了传统城市传播人类中心主义的传播观。智能机器承担了数字对话者与治理合作者角色,构建了智慧城市人机之间新的社会关系。并且,在对话与合作中人机传播重塑了城市样态,使智慧城市处于不间断的动态自我更迭之中,生成人—机器—城市复合体。为提升智慧城市人机传播系统的动能,文章提出应从发展智能机器系统的社会性与提升公众参与性出发,塑造更具人机可沟通性的智慧城市。 Smart cities are becoming more typical in the context of global cities' pursuit of intelligent development.From the perspective of human-machine communication,this article regards intelligent machines as objects that share ontological status with humans,rather than as tools to reproduce and characterize cities,breaking through the traditional anthropocentric view in city communication.The article then proposed that intelligent machines take on the roles of"digital interlocutors" and "governance collaborators" to establish a new social relationship between human and machine.Furthermore,the communication between human and machine reshapes city development through interactions,allowing smart cities to undergo continuous dynamic self-replacement and becoming a complex of "human-machine-city".Finally,in order to enhance the power of the human-machine communication system in smart cities,this article advocates developing the sociality of intelligent machine systems and enhancing public participation,so as to create a more human-machine communicable smart city.
