摘要
温度场是决定机电设备零件缺陷激光熔覆修复质量的重要因素,为了提升激光熔覆修复质量,提出机电设备零件缺陷激光熔覆修复过程温度场模拟方法。建立机电设备零件物理模型,根据该模型分析不同路径下的激光熔覆扫描过程,确立物理模型的信息参数。对物理模型实行网格划分,获取机电设备零件缺陷在修复过程中的温度场分布特征及变化规律。根据分析结果和物理模型对不同搭接率条件下机电设备零件缺陷激光熔覆修复温度场数值进行模拟,依据模拟结果实现激光熔覆修复,以此进一步提升机电设备零件缺陷激光熔覆修复质量。
Temperature field is an important factor to determine the quality of laser cladding repair of mechanical and electrical equipment parts.In order to improve the quality of laser cladding repair,a simulation method of temperature field in the process of laser cladding repair of mechanical and electrical equipment parts is proposed.The physical model of electromechanical equipment parts is established.According to the model,the laser cladding scanning process under different paths is analyzed,and the information parameters of the physical model are established.The physical model is meshed to obtain the distribution characteristics and change law of temperature field during the repair of mechanical and electrical equipment parts.According to the analysis results and physical model,the temperature field of laser cladding repair of electromechanical equipment parts under different lap rates is numerically simulated,and the laser cladding repair is realized according to the simulation results,so as to further improve the quality of laser cladding repair of electromechanical equipment parts.
