摘要
阐述了一种离心式压缩机的水压试验方案。首先设计了水压密封工装与蜗壳装配使其形成密封空腔,随后确定了各结合面的密封方式以及连接方式,最后通过软件模拟了水压试验过程中工件的受力情况。结合工件结构及材质进行分析,对水压试验支顶方式进行了改进,解决了该产品因水压试验过程中工件变形导致尺寸超出图纸要求的问题,就该水压试验方案在实际生产中得到了应用和验证,为同行业生产制造大型离心式压缩机进行压力试验提供了实践依据。
This paper elaborates the water pressure test scheme of a centrifugal compressor,first the hydraulic sealing tooling is assembled with the volute to form a sealing cavity,and then determine the sealing method and connection mode of each joint surface,and finally through the software to simulate the force of the workpiece in the process of water pressure test,combined with the analysis of the structure and material of the workpiece,the water pressure test top method has been improved.The problem that the size of the product exceeds the requirements of the drawing caused by the deformation of the workpiece in the process of hydraulic test is solved,the hydraulic test scheme has been applied and verified in the actual production.It provides a practical basis for the pressure test of manufacturing large centrifugal compressors in the same industry.
