摘要
对常规和工字式或槽式的两种结构装配方式进行了对比研究。研究结果表明:工字式或槽式结构装配方式辅助连接件少,且制作其端口连接结构的冲压模具可在一个行程内完成压型、冲孔两道工序,能够在保证质量的基础上降低成本、提高效率、使设备模块化、模块标准化。无论从制作、安装、成本、管理、安全等角度考虑均为制作安装提供了一种可靠、简单的连接方式。
Through the comparative study of conventional and I-shaped or grooved structural assembly methods,the I-shaped or grooved structural assembly method has few auxiliary connectors,and the stamping die for making the port connection structure can complete the two processes of pressing and punching in one stroke.On the basis of ensuring quality,it can reduce costs,improve efficiency,modularize equipment,and standardize modules.A reliable and simple connection method is provided for the production and installation in terms of production,installation,cost,management and safety.
