摘要
针对铺丝设备上纤维丝束剪切与重送功能的需求,设计了一套剪切与重送机构的气动系统,并基于气动系统仿真软件FluidSIM-P对其进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:剪切与重送机构气动系统设计合理,为后续制造提供了依据。
Aiming at the requirements of fiber tow shearing and refeeding functions on the laying equipment,apneumatic system for the shearing and refeeding mechanism was designed,and then simulated based on the pneumatic system simulation software FluidSIM-P.The simulation results show that the design of the pneumatic system of the shearing and refeeding mechanism is reasonable,which provides a basis for subsequent manufacturing.
