摘要
抑郁症是一种常见的情绪障碍,发病机制涉及遗传、环境、神经生化和神经内分泌等方面。某些环境因素可通过表观遗传机制发挥作用,成为抑郁症认知和行为异常的基础;其中研究较为广泛的是脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)基因。本综述主要对BDNF基因甲基化与抑郁症的相关性进行综述。
Depression is a common mood disorder,the pathogenesis involves genetics,environment,neural biochemistry and neuroendocrinology.Some environmental factors play a role through epigenetic mechanism and cause the abnormalities of cognition and behavior in depression.The brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)gene has been extensively studied.This review mainly demonstrates the correlation between the methylation of BDNF gene and the etiology of depression.
